I've finally completed the FOUR SEASONS and I am very happy with the way that they turned out. I worked on all four of them during the last 6 months and let me say that it was a journey. The beautiful maidens for these paintings truly made them special and I owe them my gratitude. The landscapes are completely made up and inspired by my many walks by the stream in Valley Forge Park, two miles down the road from where we live. It is absolutely a beautiful and peaceful place and I always feel like I am walking in God's garden when I am there.
I hope you enjoy them and I hope that each painting gives you a sense of peace and a sense of love in the same way that I felt while painting them.
The originals are created in watercolor and they measure 26x32. They were commissioned by a lovely couple just outside of Pittsburgh. Prints are available on my website.
Astonishing with it's level of detail, SPRING sweeps across the canvas with soft colors and the warmth of a beautiful spring day. *yaamasdoes wonderful justice to the models with his gentle portrayals of the seasons. (Suggested by *boribaby and Featured by ^oilsoaked)

Your Season's sketches alone were wonderful, but these fully painted pieces take ones breath away. they are so rich in colour and such perfect woodland details. How do you do the leaves and the small flowers? Paint them on after you have painted the background? Or do you use masking fluid? If I do small details like that, my leaves look patchy( just like I had spent hours painting around each leaf).
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
