Artist's Comments
This painting was created just before Christmas. It is a very personal piece and dear to my heart. The inspiration for it truly came from above and it was a very special experience when I was painting it. The two little shepherds in the painting are of my two nephews, Andrew and Nathan. They were wonderful to work with. The Lamb came from what's in my heart.
The painting is somewhat larger than my usual work, it measures 18x24 and was painted using watercolor on Arches hot press paper (140lb). |
