EBAY

I'm probably the last living person on earth who has ever posted an item on ebay. Many people have been asking me to auction my work, so I finally did. I'm sure how it all works but I know my painting will find a good home. That's always important to me. I'm excited and I just wanted to let you guys know. The link is below if any of you are interested and feel free to comment on any things I should know or look out for on ebay.

Here's the link [link]

Thank you everyone, you are all great!

Only that you can't link to your website in the auction or on your watermark (but that's less likely to be noticed)

I think you are going to want to read up on ebay's new rules and changes. A lot of people are not using ebay anymore and using Etsy or Zazzle instead.

I don't have the link, I'll post it later, but as I understand it ebay is making it impossible for you to post negative feedback for a buyer even if they should receve it. Also something about paypal holding your money for something like 90 days. You still have to ship the item though. So you are shipping and not being paid. I'd join some ebay groups and read up on some stuff.

Ebay, or feebay as we lovingly call it, doesn't care about the seller.

Ebay always looks too scary for me but I hope it goes well.

You might want to read :iconboggleboy: 's latest journal though - about the changes that ebay/paypal are making

when did you ever get 74 positive feedback? haha - I'm impressed James I only have 46, although you should try pimping your auctions out, I found that adding color, making text larger and bolder makes people flock to it, infact it's a proven fact. NEVER use plain text PLEASE! ;) I would also really use the title to your advantage. Make sure you add your name!!!!! my title for your ad would have been something like "James Browne Original Tree Fantasy ACEO" etc..Get as many tag words you can think of in the title, regardless, you are coming along well young Jedi...;)

P.S, start leaving feedback for people man :shakefist:. I personally will solicit you until I get feedback, something I learned from my dad ;P
