It's funny, whenever I look through your gallery, I always see pictures that I've never seen previously! If that makes sense. ^^; This is gorgeous - being Irish myself, it's a must have fave! It's so pretty.

the textures in this one are really great! the whole thing looks velvety, like if you touched it you'd feel everything on the page. the one white tree kind of feels a little transparent to me, but all in all it's very cute.

It probably is the tooth of the cold press paper that gives it that velvety effect. Thanks!

I love the textures and shadows. The array of greens seem to bring it all around to focus on the little guy. Awesome!

The trees are wonderful. You've done well conveying the emotion of a person on the last leg of his life. Beautiful and somewhat depressing. Good work.

It's beautiful, James. I love his expression. Something tells me that he's telling a tall-tale and his face will crease with laughter at the end, once he's captivated everyone with the story. :)

Not pathetic exactly, perhaps he had stopped off somewhere for a guinness or two and that maybe why he's so twinkly and animated. You're welcome, James :)

Aww...that's so cute. I love the little leprechaun's face. The backgroun is very nice, highly detailed and expertly created. The faeries are great too, and they look very excited about what he's telling them. Great painting!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

To an attentive audience it seems. He looks a bit sad, like he's been ignored more than listened to in the past.
